Objective

The first step in this collaboration was to identify a hero product to lead the campaign. Hot Ombré chose their best-selling Lip Kit, a two-tone lip product designed to create seamless ombré effects. The objective of this campaign was to drive sales by creating a high-volume Affiliate strategy, generating consistent brand presence on the FYP and optimising this on TikTok shop with a strong promotional calendar, targeted around key platform periods.

Strategy

With the Hot Ombré founder already producing strong organic content, the strategy focused on supporting this with an increase in Affiliate posts, amplifying reach and driving conversion through TikTok Shop. These videos were optimised for virality and performance, then amplified with Paid support to reach new audiences and push traffic directly to the TikTok Shop. Simultaneously, we ensured their Shop was fully optimised, so every view had the potential to convert.

Results

Within a 6-month period of working with us, Hot Ombré order volume increased by 288% with 1 month driving almost 2,000 orders alone. Within the same 6-month period, GMV increased by 304%!
